The No. 2 Brownie camera of 1901 was the first camera to use 120 film… which is still manufactured today.  It had such high tech features as viewfinders.
The copy-writing for this ad is quite charming if you can manage to read it.  ”…a practical and efficient instrument” with “…handsomely nickled fittings.”

I’d love some old camera advertising. Its beautiful.
